We tailor one-on-one or small group coaching to the students and particular skill sets of the individual teachers or teacher teams we work with.

Teacher Teams

CreatED works with teachers to provide pedagogical support. Our work includes classroom observations, debrief sessions, co-planning meetings, and progress check-ins with admin. We work with teachers of grades 6-12 across all subject areas.

Most coaching will be exclusively virtual. If your school or district is in NYC, there may be an opportunity for some in-person work depending upon your specific location.
